We are looking for a full/part-time housekeeper to join our cleaning team. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in guestrooms and common areas, self-managing your time and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be legally entitled to work in Canada, be able to follow operational guidelines, and provide cleaning services that make guests feel warmly cared for and welcome.

What You'll Do:

• Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained according to operational standards.
• Be a team player who can also work well independently.
• Maintain a safe and secure workplace for co-workers and guests.
• Consistently ensure rooms are ready to rent.
• Notify supervisor and/or maintenance of necessary repairs.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with guests.
• Keep your work areas well-maintained and stocked.
• Must have basic English communication skills.

Your Availiability:

• Mornings, Afternoons, Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays (Must be available to work any day of the week)
• Hours Required: 8am - 4pm

Your Background:

• You must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Have a keen eye for cleanliness.
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective, positive communication with guests and co-workers.
• Ability to work weekends, if required.

We are looking for a motivated, friendly hotel front desk agent to be responsible for welcoming guests, managing online and telephone bookings, and verifying guests' payment methods during check-in. You should have a pleasant and professional disposition and create a space where people feel welcome and warmly cared for. To be successful as a hotel front desk agent, you should have excellent customer service skills, be legally entitled to work in Canada, and be a team player.

What You'll Do:

• Checking guests in and out.
• Receiving and managing reservations made online and by telephone.
• Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in.
• Diligently follows operational standards policy and procedures.
• Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel.
• Organizing transport services for guests at their request.
• Providing guests with information about the hotel and the city.
• Serving as a host for meeting rooms and ensuring that all relevant preparations are made for the event.
• Resolving guest issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
• Administrative duties, balancing shift transactions and accurate data entry.
• Elevating the customer and employee experience.
• Communicating and coordinating with General Manager and other departments.

Your Availiability:

• Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, Nights, Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays
• Hours Required: 3pm - 11pm and/or 7am - 3pm  (Must be available for both shifts)

Your Background:

• 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience (Nice to have)
• Must be professional, friendly and excel at providing a great customer experience.
• The ability to multitask.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective English-speaking communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• A true desire to create a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work weekends, if required.
