Public skating on the Rink @ City Square, Crokicurl, Frost Art Walk, and Frost After Dark at our amazing downtown pubs! Special events include a Pancake Breakfast, Arctic Abodes Competition with the Design Council of Saskatchewan, Programming with the Creative City Centre, a Heritage Regina Lecture and demonstration, and Polar Plunge in support of the Saskatchewan Special Olympics and much more!
Downtown Hub programming and REAL District Hub programming will both be located in Regina’s Victoria Park and Pat Fiacco Plaza. This park is located downtown in the square between 12th Ave & Victoria Ave, and Lorne St & Scarth St.
Discover the vibrant energy of Regina’s Warehouse District during Frost 2025!
The District will come alive with unique activations, including live entertainment, artisan markets, delicious food & beverage experiences, and interactive family-friendly activities. Explore local businesses as they showcase their creativity & community spirit, making the Warehouse District a must-visit destination during Frost!
Warehouse Hub programming will be located throughout Warehouse businesses.
Centered around the Rink on Wascana, there will be free public skating, dog sled rides, horse and wagon rides, hide tanning, and other free family fun!
On the Queen Elizabeth II West Lawn you will also find outdoor activities from the Wascana Ecology team, and EYES (Educating Youth in Engineering and Sciences). Inside the tent there will be free hot chocolate, and crafts to do while you warm up. Don’t forget to stop by the Frost fire pits to warm up, and bring your sled and take a ride on the mighty Mt. Wascana!
