Utilizing our proprietary location and performance evaluation, Home Hotels experts will work alongside you to provide guidance on brand options, conversion steps, and seamless operational modifications to help set you up for success. Our goal is to have you up and running as a Home Hotel as soon as possible.
Once we have determined the right brand with the right mix of room types, the next steps are to take action to make the conversion happen! While you are welcome to use your resources to convert your hotel to a Home brand, you have the option of contracting our sister company, D3CM Construction Management, which designs, builds, and oversees the entire construction process of new hotel builds, conversions and renovations.
