Festival runs rain or shine – tickets are non-refundable.
Weekend wristband is non-transferable. Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands upon arrival. Wristbands are non-transferable. Patrons will not be allowed to re-enter if wristbands have been removed.
Professional cameras and recording devices are not allowed.
The festival venue is a non-smoking venue, except in the assigned designated smoking area.
No outside food & beverage allowed, onsite concessions and bars are available. 1 litre of sealed, bottled water per patron is permitted.
No public nudity or lewd conduct will be tolerated, if in violation, you will be removed from the festival site.
ATM is located within the front entrance of Conexus Arts Centre.
No pets allowed except for service animals.
Lawn chairs are allowed, bring your own seating as seating is not provided or available for rent with the exception of Premium Reserved Weekend ticket holders.
No weapons and fireworks allowed.
Gang colors are not permitted on festival grounds.
Shake the Lake reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone at our discretion.
All patrons are subject to being searched as a condition of entry.
Lost tickets are the responsibility of the patron and will not be replaced or refunded. This includes tickets that are damaged, stolen, or misplaced.
Parking will be limited for event. Please plan ahead to ensure you get here and get home safe – car pool, have a designated driver, take a taxi, or use public transportation.
Backpacks, large purses, and lawn chairs will be searched.
